When you submit a request through this site, Klondike Revival receives it for preliminary review. A request received is not the same as a service accepted. Current availability and service status are shown on the Transparency Centre.
After preliminary review and discussion, Klondike Revival may accept your request in writing. Any accepted work is governed by written scope, pricing, terms, and timelines. Specific policies depend on the service type you are requesting.
Submitting a form is not acceptance of service. Clicking a button or sending an email does not create a contract, authorize work, or obligate Klondike Revival to proceed.
