Firewood Delivery Temporarily Paused
Firewood delivery is temporarily paused while vehicle readiness, safety, supply, and personnel availability are reviewed. You may submit a non-binding request for a future availability update. No inventory, price, delivery date, response time, acceptance, or restart date is promised.
Current Forms Are Non-Binding Requests Only
The "Request a Firewood Availability Update" form collects preliminary information for future reference. This form does not create an order, a binding agreement, a service commitment, or any obligation for Klondike Revival to deliver firewood or resume service.
When Service Resumes: Future Terms
If and when Klondike Revival resumes firewood delivery and accepts a specific request, the following terms apply:
Product and Quantity
Specific product type, quantity, measurement standards, and wood condition are confirmed in the order.
Access
You confirm that the delivery location is accessible and safe for the delivery vehicle and personnel.
Price and Taxes
Price, GST/HST, and any applicable taxes are confirmed in the order.
Deposit and Payment
A deposit may be required. Payment terms, methods, and timing are confirmed in writing.
Delivery Window
Expected delivery date or window, any flexibility, and notification procedures are confirmed.
Unloading Location
You specify safe unloading location. You are responsible for site preparation and personnel present at delivery.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms and any cancellation fees are confirmed in the order.
Safety
Delivery may be rescheduled if weather or site conditions are unsafe. You accept responsibility for hazards on the property.
Photographs and Receipt
A photograph or record of delivery may be taken. A receipt is provided upon completion.
