Professional Limitations

Klondike Revival provides practical research, records organization, transaction screening, and risk reporting. It is not a law firm, private-investigation agency, regulator, accounting firm, engineering firm, geological firm, court, police service, or enforcement body. Reports are practical information tools, not legal conclusions, guarantees, title opinions, valuations, or investment advice.

Payment and Acceptance Rules

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee service acceptance, inventory, scheduling, or a specific outcome.
  • Payment does not automatically mean Klondike Revival has accepted a project. Scope, authority, availability, and conflicts must be reviewed first.
  • No turnaround date is promised before records and scope are reviewed.
  • Card details are not collected through standard forms. Secure payment instructions are provided after acceptance.
  • No result, recovery, approval, investment outcome, positive finding, or successful transaction is guaranteed.
