Representation and Advocacy
Klondike Revival provides advocacy support to both claim owners and miners or operators. The work includes fair-practice coordination, agreement support, dispute clarification, and safe-conduct expectations.
Claim-owner representation includes stewardship oversight, operator-conduct advocacy, and fair-practice coordination. Miner and operator representation includes fair-practice advocacy, agreement support, and equipment-safety documentation.
Klondike Revival does not perform legal services, make binding decisions, enforce agreements, or represent either party in litigation. Representation is advisory and coordination-focused only.
Neutral Intermediary Work
As a neutral intermediary, Klondike Revival can facilitate agreement discussions, introduce qualified operators to claim owners (after proper review), clarify disputes, and coordinate project oversight when both parties consent.
Intermediary work proceeds only after both parties confirm in writing that they wish Klondike Revival to act in this role. No introduction, facilitation, or coordination begins without prior written agreement.
Klondike Revival does not guarantee outcomes, does not make binding decisions, and does not enforce agreements. Intermediary work is coordination and facilitation only.
Royalty, Reporting, and Audit Support
Royalty support includes production tracking, royalty calculation, payment coordination between operators and claim owners, and documented reporting. This work is transparent, third-party auditable, and designed to protect both parties.
Audit support connects operators and claim owners with qualified independent auditors. Klondike Revival does not perform audits but coordinates the process, documents findings, and facilitates fair communication.
All royalty calculations, production records, and audit findings are shared with both parties. Klondike Revival does not take possession of funds or make payment decisions.
Land and Water Stewardship
Klondike Revival supports responsible mining that protects water quality, minimizes site disturbance, and implements progressive reclamation. All work proceeds only under written scope agreements that include stewardship and environmental expectations.
Work coordination includes water-management support, settling-area oversight, site cleanup, and progressive reclamation. All activities follow Yukon regulations and the Klondike Standard for responsible mining.
Klondike Revival is not an environmental certifier, regulator, or enforcement authority. Environmental compliance is the operator's responsibility; stewardship coordination is advisory only.
Documented Field Testing
Field testing programs provide documented validation of site potential before larger operations begin. Testing includes test-pit development, bulk sampling, material testing, recovery comparison, and detailed documentation.
All testing is witnessed, photographed, and documented with clear notes on limitations and unresolved questions. Results are shared with the claim owner and made available to all parties to the project agreement.
Testing results inform decisions but do not guarantee larger recovery, profitability, or permit approval. All test results are statements of observed conditions only.
