How Equipment Sales Work
The seller submits a short listing request.
Klondike Revival reviews the basic equipment information and determines whether it fits the marketplace.
Ownership, authority, condition, liens, price, commission and disclosure requirements are addressed through a separate private review and written listing agreement.
An approved public listing is prepared without exposing confidential documents or identifying information.
Interested buyers submit an inquiry using the listing ID.
The parties may arrange questions, an inspection, a video review, an independent appraisal, transportation quotes or a written offer.
A sale proceeds only through a written bill of sale or purchase agreement signed by the proper parties.

Klondike Revival does not publish a universal commission percentage.
Any deposit or service fee must relate to a specific transaction with its purpose, payer, refund terms and transaction reference confirmed in writing.
Inspections and Transportation
Equipment may be located in remote areas and may require specialized loading, permits, pilot vehicles, insurance, towing, hauling or seasonal access. Buyers are responsible for completing the inspection and technical review appropriate to the purchase unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Klondike Revival may help coordinate inspections, photographs, videos, appraisals, loading, storage or transportation quotes. These services do not guarantee mechanical condition, title, fitness for a particular purpose or delivery timing.
Limitations
Klondike Revival may act as a listing coordinator, introducer, documentation organizer or transaction-support service, depending on the written agreement. Unless Klondike Revival is expressly identified as the owner and seller in a signed agreement, the equipment is offered by the identified seller.
Klondike Revival is not a manufacturer, licensed mechanic, engineer, appraiser, lender, insurer, legal-title authority, registry or guarantor. Buyers and sellers should obtain the professional, registry, mechanical, financial, tax, insurance and legal advice appropriate to the transaction.
