Practical Equipment Listings for Northern Work

Buying or selling equipment in the North requires more than a photograph and a handshake. Distance, transportation, condition, ownership, liens, repairs, operating hours, seasonal access and loading requirements can materially affect a transaction. Klondike Revival helps organize equipment listings so buyers and sellers can communicate clearly before money, travel or transportation is committed.

Depending on the written agreement, our services may include listing preparation, document organization, buyer inquiry management, inspection coordination, transportation quotes and transaction support.

How Equipment Sales Work

1

The seller submits a short listing request.

2

Klondike Revival reviews the basic equipment information and determines whether it fits the marketplace.

3

Ownership, authority, condition, liens, price, commission and disclosure requirements are addressed through a separate private review and written listing agreement.

4

An approved public listing is prepared without exposing confidential documents or identifying information.

5

Interested buyers submit an inquiry using the listing ID.

6

The parties may arrange questions, an inspection, a video review, an independent appraisal, transportation quotes or a written offer.

7

A sale proceeds only through a written bill of sale or purchase agreement signed by the proper parties.

Documents Reviewed

Klondike Revival has reviewed selected ownership or transaction documents, but this is not a legal title opinion or guarantee.

Inspection Available

The seller has indicated that a buyer or qualified inspector may inspect the equipment by arrangement.

Sold As Disclosed

The equipment is offered based on the listing disclosures and any inspection or written transaction agreement.

Klondike Revival does not use "Klondike Revival Certified," "guaranteed," "accredited," "lien-free" or "fully verified" unless the exact statement is specifically supported and approved for that listing.

Seller Authority

Klondike Revival will not list equipment for sale when ownership or authority is materially disputed unless the dispute has been resolved and the lawful seller's authority has been documented.

Recovered equipment, collateral, abandoned equipment, partnership property, estate property, financed equipment or equipment subject to a lien must not be advertised as ordinary seller-owned inventory without the required authority and disclosures.

Fees and Payment

Listing, photography, inspection coordination, transportation support, transaction coordination, storage and commission terms depend on the equipment and services requested. Any fees or commissions will be stated in a separate written agreement before work proceeds.

Klondike Revival does not publish a universal commission percentage.

Any deposit or service fee must relate to a specific transaction with its purpose, payer, refund terms and transaction reference confirmed in writing.

Inspections and Transportation

Equipment may be located in remote areas and may require specialized loading, permits, pilot vehicles, insurance, towing, hauling or seasonal access. Buyers are responsible for completing the inspection and technical review appropriate to the purchase unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Klondike Revival may help coordinate inspections, photographs, videos, appraisals, loading, storage or transportation quotes. These services do not guarantee mechanical condition, title, fitness for a particular purpose or delivery timing.

Limitations

Klondike Revival may act as a listing coordinator, introducer, documentation organizer or transaction-support service, depending on the written agreement. Unless Klondike Revival is expressly identified as the owner and seller in a signed agreement, the equipment is offered by the identified seller.

Klondike Revival is not a manufacturer, licensed mechanic, engineer, appraiser, lender, insurer, legal-title authority, registry or guarantor. Buyers and sellers should obtain the professional, registry, mechanical, financial, tax, insurance and legal advice appropriate to the transaction.
