Asset Recovery Service Limitations

What Klondike Revival provides and what it does not provide.

Plain-language operational policy.

This page is not legal advice and is not a claim of final professional review or statutory compliance.

Exact Scope

Klondike Revival provides preliminary documentation, records organization, voluntary coordination, and qualified-referral support. Klondike Revival is not a bailiff, repossession agency, towing company, law-enforcement agency, court, regulator, private-investigation agency, or law firm. It does not seize property, enter property without authority, threaten or confront people, conduct unlawful surveillance, deploy tracking devices, transfer possession, or exercise police, court, repossession, towing, or enforcement powers.

Preliminary Intake

All asset recovery requests are received for preliminary intake. After review, Klondike Revival may accept or decline the engagement. Acceptance is confirmed in writing.

Authority and Lawful Purpose

You confirm that you have legitimate ownership, authority, or authorized-representative basis for requesting asset recovery coordination. Klondike Revival may decline requests if authority is insufficient or purpose appears improper.

Disputed Ownership

If ownership is disputed, Klondike Revival may decline the engagement or limit scope to documentation and referral only. Resolution of ownership disputes is the responsibility of courts, registries, or law enforcement, not Klondike Revival.

Secure Records

Sensitive information you provide is stored securely. Access is limited to people who need it for the accepted scope.

Third-Party Professional Control

When referrals are made, the referred professional (lawyer, law-enforcement officer, court, bailiff, towing company) controls their own actions and decisions. Klondike Revival does not control or supervise referred parties.

No Guarantee

Klondike Revival makes no guarantee of outcome, recovery, successful resolution, or result. Documentation and coordination do not guarantee recovery or possession transfer.

Conflicts and Refusal

Klondike Revival may decline, pause, or withdraw if conflicts exist, authority is insufficient, safety is at risk, or the scope is inappropriate.
