How to Submit a Complaint
If you are dissatisfied with Klondike Revival's services, published content, policies, or conduct, you may submit a complaint. Include:
- Page, service, or content being addressed
- Date of the incident or issue
- Clear description of the problem or concern
- Requested correction or outcome
- Any supporting records or evidence

Secure Follow-Up for Sensitive Records
Do not submit sensitive information (passwords, banking data, government IDs, confidential files) through public forms. If you have sensitive records to support a complaint, send them via secure follow-up after initial contact.

Your complaint is received and logged.
Initial Review
The complaint is reviewed to confirm it addresses a specific service, page, or content issue.
Information Gathering
Relevant records, communications, and facts are gathered. You may be contacted for clarification.
Decision
A decision is made about whether a correction, change, or response is appropriate.
Next Step or Correction
If correction is approved, it is implemented with a date stamp. If referral is appropriate, you are provided with contact information. If complaint is declined, explanation is provided.
Confidentiality Limits
Complaint information is kept confidential within reasonable limits. However, if a complaint relates to published content or a matter of public concern, some information may be disclosed as part of fact-checking or corrections.
No Retaliation
Klondike Revival does not retaliate against anyone who submits a good-faith complaint.
No Fixed Response Time
While complaints are reviewed and addressed as promptly as practical, no fixed response time is guaranteed. Complex complaints or those requiring substantial information gathering may take longer.
External Rights and Remedies
This complaints process does not limit your rights to external remedies. You may:
- Report concerns to applicable regulators or government authorities
- Seek legal advice or pursue legal action
- File complaints with consumer protection agencies
- Report security or privacy concerns to relevant authorities
The existence of this complaints process does not waive or limit any rights or remedies available to you outside of this process.
