Workforce services are preliminary coordination and profile requests only. No employment, worker availability, placement, deployment, rate, start date, worker capability, or outcome is guaranteed. Submitting a profile or request does not create a job, employment, or service commitment.
Client Side (Need Workers)
If you are seeking workers or workforce coordination:
- Your request is received for preliminary review
- Klondike Revival may introduce you to participant profiles that may be relevant
- Any introduction is informational only and does not obligate either party
- You are responsible for your own hiring decisions, employment classification, wages, and applicable employment laws
- Klondike Revival does not supervise workers or control their work
- Any agreed-upon compensation with a worker is between you and the worker
Participant Side (Offering Services)
If you are submitting a worker or professional profile:
- Your profile is for preliminary coordination purposes
- Klondike Revival may share your profile with potential clients or employers
- You control your own availability, rates, references, and work conditions
- Any agreement with a client or employer is between you and them, not Klondike Revival
- You are responsible for your own employment status (employee, contractor, etc.) and applicable taxes
- No payment, rate guarantee, or job placement is promised
If Work Is Accepted
If a client and worker accept each other and proceed, any engagement must define in writing:
- Role and scope
- Employment classification (employee or independent contractor)
- Compensation, pay rate, or fee schedule
- Supervision and safety responsibilities
- Insurance requirements and coverage
- Transport, accommodation, and meals
- Scope changes and conflict resolution
- Privacy and confidentiality
- References and credential verification
- Applicable employment rights and laws
Employment Law and Independent Provider Responsibility
Klondike Revival is not an employment agency. Any arrangement between client and worker is their responsibility. Clients and workers are responsible for complying with applicable employment law, income tax requirements, workers' compensation, and any professional regulatory requirements.
Non-Poaching and Introduction Terms
Any non-circumvention or introduction terms that might restrict future cooperation or employment must be reviewed separately for lawful enforceability. Klondike Revival does not impose blanket non-poaching restrictions that override applicable employment or competition law. Any such terms must be defined clearly in a separate written agreement between client and worker.
No Guarantee of Capability or Fitness
Klondike Revival makes no guarantee about a worker's capability, experience, reliability, or fitness for a specific role. Clients should conduct their own verification of credentials, references, and fit.
