General Service Terms

How service requests are reviewed, accepted, and conducted.

Plain-language operational policy.

This page is not legal advice and is not a claim of final professional review or statutory compliance.

Request Received vs. Service Accepted

When you submit a form or email a request, Klondike Revival receives the request for preliminary review. Receipt of a request does not create an acceptance, agreement, or obligation to proceed.

A service is accepted only after Klondike Revival and you have agreed in writing on scope, pricing, timeline, responsibilities, and any special terms. No work begins until this written confirmation is provided.

Current Availability

Current availability and service status are posted on the Transparency Centre. Some services are paused, in controlled launch, or limited. See /transparency before submitting a request for the latest information.

Authority and Lawful Purpose

By submitting a request, you confirm that you have the authority to request the service and that the purpose is lawful. Klondike Revival may decline to work if authority is insufficient or purpose is improper.

Your Accuracy Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your request. False or misleading information may result in work being declined or terminated.

Safety and Access

Work may be modified, limited, or refused if safety cannot be assured, necessary access cannot be obtained, or operating conditions are unsafe. Klondike Revival is not responsible for access, entry, equipment, or safety on property or sites you control.

Scope Changes

If the scope of work changes after acceptance, pricing and timeline may be adjusted. Changes are confirmed in writing before additional work proceeds.

Pricing, Deposits, and Third-Party Costs

Pricing, deposits, payment terms, and responsibility for third-party costs (travel, professional services, registries, etc.) are confirmed in the written service agreement only. No deposit is requested until after acceptance in writing. Third-party costs are approved and disclosed in writing before being incurred.

Independent Providers

When disclosed in writing, some work may involve independent professionals or service providers. Klondike Revival coordinates the work but does not control or supervise these parties directly. Any disputes about their conduct should be addressed with them directly.

Records and Communications

Klondike Revival maintains records of accepted requests, communications, work performed, and payments. You may request access to records relating to your engagement.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a service engagement with written notice. Refund or cancellation treatment depends on the stage of work and applies the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

No Guarantees

Klondike Revival makes no guarantees about outcomes, results, successful transactions, availability, perfect execution, or satisfaction. Work is performed on a best-efforts basis within the accepted scope.

Conflicts and Refusal

Klondike Revival may decline, pause, or withdraw from work at any time for conflicts of interest, improper purpose, safety concerns, insufficient information, capacity limitations, or when scope exceeds Klondike Revival's role.

Complaints and Corrections

If you are dissatisfied with a service, see the Complaints Process to submit a concern. If work results in published content, see /corrections for the right-of-response process.

Non-Excludable Rights

Nothing in these terms waives or limits rights, duties, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be waived or limited by contract.
